Juristic Person Manager

Our company provides services in the role of condominium juristic person manager, which involves the professional management of property and operations of the condominium to ensure compliance with laws and the needs of the unit owners. The appointment must be made through a resolution of the general meeting of co-owners, in accordance with Section 49. The condominium juristic person manager acts on behalf of the condominium juristic person and is a key figure in addressing the issues faced by the residents within the building. The manager may be an individual or a juristic person. In cases where the juristic person is appointed as the condominium juristic person manager, that juristic person must designate an individual to act on its behalf as the manager.
