The Property Management Association of Thailand held its 5th Executive Committee Meeting for 2023 and conducted a merit-making ceremony to celebrate its 28th anniversary. This event took place on December 15-16, 2023, at Patio Boutique House in Chum Saeng District, Nakhon Sawan Province. The association expressed its gratitude to the CSR supporters who donated sports equipment and educational supplies to the students at Ban Tha Chan School (Samlee Prachanukhro).

Dr. Chet Tangsongjitakul, representing the Property Management Association of Thailand, signed the academic cooperation agreement between Kasem Bundit University and the Property Management Association of Thailand on Monday, May 13, 2024, at 10:30 AM, in the Kasem Pariwat Conference Room, 4th floor, Chalerm Phrakiat Building, Kasem Bundit University, Romklao Campus.

Property Management Association of Thailand held its Annual General Meeting for 2024 on Friday, September 13, 2024, from 01:00 PM - 04:00 PM at Samantanetra Hall, 8th Floor, Building 4, Phranakhon Rajabhat University. During the meeting, Dr. Chet Tangsongjitakul, Chief Operating Officer of the company, was re-elected as the President of the Property Management Association of Thailand for a second term.

On January 31, 2024, SMC Property Soft Co., Ltd. donated “Old Calendars Wanted” at the Chatuchak District Office. Our company donated old tabletop calendars to be collected and delivered to the Foundation for the Blind in Thailand under the Royal Patronage. The calendars will be used to produce teaching materials in Braille for visually impaired individuals.
